In August 2023, Nebret Property Management partnered with Selfmade Cloud Solutions to implement SelfmadeERP to facilitate their property management and oversight operations. Nebret has been a long time client of ours since our days as Earald TRIT. A few years back, they had a legacy system we developed for them tailor-made from ground-zero to fit their specific requirements. But as they expand and scale up their operations, they required a scalable system that suits their scale and dynamics; hence came SelfmadeERP. The engagement included a complete migration from the old legacy system and other fragmented tools to SelfmadeERP. This implementation involved setting up automated workflows to streamline property and tenant management, automating employee management tasks, and integrating invoicing features. The solution was designed to provide Nebret’s upper management with real-time access to operational data and analytics, creating a reliable and centralized platform for informed decision-making.

Our team provided thorough initial training for Nebret’s staff, ensuring they could seamlessly transition to SelfmadeERP with minimal downtime. Additionally, custom modules were developed to address Nebret’s unique requirements, including enhanced error-detection systems, streamlined payment processes, and tools to monitor customer satisfaction.
